Gratitude.

Maybe this word has lost its power due to overuse and become somewhat of a clichĂ©. But not today…not now.

Between the swirl of unrest, the sea of unknown and the sensation of restlessness, gratitude may be the only grounding force. If we focus on the gifts that come from any situation, discomfort begins to dissolve.

During this unusual time, think of all the projects and hobbies you wish you had more time for; try starting them. Think of all the people you wish you had time to talk to; pick up the phone. Think of all the people in need who you wish you could somehow help; look for them.

Living in gratitude allows you to weave a web of light across all you encounter.

Sending peace, comfort and wellness to you all,
Mollie
