We are so grateful to live in a community that supports a robust network of local non-profit organizations. Through their meaningful work, a wide range of initiatives directly benefit many of us in Central Oregon.
As the holiday season kicks off in Bend, we’re thrilled to see so many stories of giving and compassion. Especially during uncertain times, even small acts of generosity and kindness can have profound impact.
Running now through December 31, Central Oregon Gives is a platform to help donors learn about the work of 80 local nonprofits and contribute to their fundraising. When you donate $25 or more, you’ll receive a thank you gift from generous local sponsors. Even better, top-performing nonprofits will earn extra cash at the end of the campaign.
Many of the local nonprofits we support with our One Percent campaign are participating in Central Oregon Gives. Through our ongoing campaign, we donate at least 1% of our annual revenue to organizations that provide environmental, housing and youth programs. There are also opportunities to support local initiatives focused on basic needs, food security, education, animal welfare, and arts and culture.
No act of generosity is too small. Whether you are able to make financial donations, provide in-kind gifts of goods and services, or offer your time to a cause or a neighbor, please know that your generosity matters and inspires others to do the same.
