We are thrilled to welcome Greg Millikan to the Skjersaa Group as a full-time broker who specializes in assisting buyers.

Greg grew up in a small town north of Seattle and has lived in every state along the west coast. He has a PhD in theology from Durham University in England and was a church leader before pivoting to real estate five years ago.

“Because of my background in church leadership, I have a lot of experience counseling people through transitions and the seasons of life,” explains Greg. “Guiding people through real estate decisions is more than just a financial transaction. They are weighing many personal factors along with fiscal ones, and for them, it’s more than a house, it’s a home.”

Our team collaborated with Greg on many transactions before he joined our group, and we’ve been impressed by his work ethic, professionalism and responsiveness while he managed a high volume of business. Having assisted with more than 50 transactions annually, Greg is highly experienced, particularly as a buyer representative.

The transition to a real estate career was a natural one for Greg. He’s always had an interest in architecture and home design, and knew he could help other people navigate the relocation process—whether they were moving across town or from another country—because of his own moving experiences. Greg and his family relocated multiple times during his theological career and lived in California, Canada and Scotland before ultimately settling in Bend five years ago.

Before joining the Skjersaa Group, Greg had the opportunity to observe our team’s low-key, collaborative and professional approach and was intrigued.

“It was exciting to me that Terry, Jason and Mollie were successful while being authentic, personable and collaborative,” says Greg. “It was a moment of, ‘that’s how I want to do real estate.’ I love providing my clients with information and guiding them without adding pressure, and the team at the Skjersaa Group does that, too.”
