The annual median sales price was down in both the 97701 and 97702 zip codes last year, but up 4% in 97703, where the median sales price is substantially higher. - The monthly average of active listings in Bend was up 37% last year, from an average of 399 listings in 2024 to 547 in 2025.

- The monthly average of new listings in Bend was up 6% in 2025, from an average of 172 in 2024 to 183 last year.
- New listings have risen steadily over the last three years, from 153 in 2023 to 183 last year, an increase of 20%.

- At 68 days in 2025, the monthly average of the days on market is up 31% from 52 days in 2024.
- Over the last three years, the days on market have extended from 36 days, an 89% increase.
