Median Sales Price of Single-Family Homes
- The median sales price of a Bend home was $730,000 in 2024, which was within 1% of the median sales price of $724,118 in 2023.
- Since 2015, when it was $327,500, the median sales price in Bend is up 123%.
- The 2024 median sales price is 13% higher than it was in 2021, when it was $648,000.
Home Sales
- Sales of single-family homes were up 1% in 2024, from 1,592 home sales in 2023 to 1,614 last year.
- Over the last 10 years, local home sales were at their highest in 2020, when 2,625 homes in Bend sold.
Active Listings
- The monthly average of active listings in Bend was at its highest since 2019 last year.
- There was an average of 399 active listings each month during 2024.
- In 2021, the monthly average of active listings was 166, a ten-year low.
New Listings
- After a ten-year low last year, the monthly average of new listings in Bend was up 12% in 2024.
- There were an average of 172 new listings in Bend each month during 2024.
- In 2023, the monthly average of new listings was 153.
Days On Market
- In 2024, it took an average of 52 days to sell a home in Bend, 44% longer than in 2023.
- In 2021, homes were on the market for only an average of 18 days before selling.
- At an average of 52 days, the days on market are back to pre-pandemic levels.
Residential Lots
- The median sales price of a residential lot in Bend was $409,500 in 2024, up 4% from $392,000 in 2023.
- The median sales price of a lot is 49% higher in Bend than it was in 2020.
- There were 98 active listings of residential lots for sale in Bend each month in 2024.
