BEND – There’s no denying that Bend has a lot of great restaurants and thankfully more are opening around town including Fat Tuesday’s, a Cajun restaurant which offers a taste of Louisiana right here in Central Oregon.

What to Expect at Fat Tuesday’s

One of the great things about Fat Tuesday’s Cajun & Blue’s is that the restaurant offers a great mix of authentic filé  gumbo, crawfish etoufee and jambalaya, all items which you might find on the menu in any New Orleans eatery without you having to get on a plan and fly to the “Big Easy”.

This Bend Oregon Restaurant is locally owned and operated by Mr. Vince Parker, a native of the great state of Louisiana who found himself in Bend after spending some time in the San Francisco Bay Area.

When To Come

Thankfully, Fat Tuesdays Cajun & Blues is open Tuesday through Friday, and late on Saturday and Sunday, so if you come here be sure to get to Fat Tuesdays early if you want to enjoy lunch or dinner.

Some of the best menu items you should consider trying at Fat Tuesday’s are their Pap Dee’s gumbo and Jambalaya.
